Chicken 500 grams
Salt as needed 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
For Chicken Fry
Oil 3 tbsp
Green chilies vertically sliced 2
Curry leaves 1 spring
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tbsp
Salt as needed
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder ½ tbsp
Garam Masala 1/2 tbsp
Marinating the Chicken
Rinse chicken thoroughly and take into a mixing bowl.
Add turmeric powder, salt, oil, Ginger Garlic Paste and mix well.
Leave the marinade for 30 minutes.
Add chicken to the pan and mix it again. Cover and cook until the chicken is 80 percent done. Mix in between. when the chicken is cooked, open the lid and keep mixing until the moisture disappears.
Making Chicken Fry
Take another pan, heat oil in a pan. add Green chilies, Garlic, Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté for a minute. and sauté until the raw flavor disappears.
add chicken to pan, add salt as needed and mix again. Once the chicken turns dry or when the oil oozes out, add red chili powder, Coriander powder, and Garam masala.
Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes. add chopped coriander and turn off the heat.
