Mango pickle/ Mango avakaya or Andhra avakaya pickle is a spicy, robust pickle made with unripe green mangoes from the Andhra cuisine.
3 kgs chopped mango pieces (10 unripe green mangoes)
250 grams of mustard seeds
50 grams methi seeds (fenugreek seeds)
500 grams red chili powder
1 to 1.5 kg rock salt
2 tablespoon turmeric powder
1 kg sesame oil
